Less than two weeks after his son Arrogate reeled in champion California Chrome to capture the Nov. 5 Breeders' Cup Classic (gr. I), Unbridled's Song has top billing once more as the leading sire by gross through Book 4 at Keeneland November.
Champion Will Take Charge's fee held steady at $30,000
Three Chimneys reported that the first reported foal for champion Will Take Charge was born at Siena Farm near Paris, Ky., on Jan. 13.
For the third year in a row, Gainesway's Tapit leads all North American sires by Comparable Index (CI) of mares bred.
Stonestreet buys $320,000 Emerald Gal and a $260,000 Curlin colt at Keeneland November's fifth session, which posted declines even as the 12-day auction's overall figures remained ahead of last year's sale.
