Ahh Chocolate, owned and bred by Stoneway Farm, earned her second graded stakes victory May 20 in the $150,000 Allaire DuPont Distaff Stakes presented by Maker's Mark at Pimlico Race Course.
Mei Ling, Ahh Chocolate, and Savings Account will fight it out over Pimlico's main track in the Allaire DuPont, as none of the starters have asserted themselves this year to the point of obvious favoritism over the nine furlongs.
Charles Fipke's homebred Forever Unbridled claimed her third straight graded score and first at the top level April 15 in the $600,000 Apple Blossom (gr. I) at Oaklawn Park.
Winchell Thoroughbreds' champion racemare is set for her return to the races for the second year in a row in the $350,000 Azeri Stakes (gr. II) March 19 at Oaklawn Park.
Bear Stables' Academic will look to clear another hurdle in the $150,000 Maple Leaf Stakes (Can-III) Oct. 31 at Woodbine.
