One race after seeing her three-race win streak come to an end, grade I winner Discreet Marq bounced back to claim her third stakes victory this season with a clear victory in the $200,000 Pebbles Stakes Oct. 14 at Belmont.
Discreet Marq, invading from New York for trainer Christophe Clement, shot to the lead coming into the stretch and proved best through the lane to register a mild upset Aug. 17 in the $300,000 Del Mar Oaks (gr. IT).

The $100,000 Eatontown Handicap (gr. III) for fillies and mares usually draws high profile shippers, but there are two home team representatives in Saturday's race at Monmouth Park who could get the job done.
