Formidable, already with a pair of solid turf efforts this season, returns to the grass as the 9-5 favorite against six sprinters in the $200,000 Jaipur Stakes (gr. IIIT) July 17 at Belmont Park.
Last year's Met Mile winner rallies to win the six-furlong grade II race on the Belmont Stakes undercard in 1:09.63.

Three Chimneys Farm announced March 12 that several notable mares have already been confirmed in-foal to first year sire Big Brown.
If his last race is any indication, Mount Joy Stables' Smooth Air should be set up for a big run in the $300,000 Gulfstream Park Handicap (gr. II) on March 14 at Gulfstream Park, a race that has been shortened from 1 3/16 miles to one mile this season.
