    Keith Chamblin, vice president of marketing for the National Thoroughbred Racing Association since 1999, has been promoted to senior vice president of marketing and industry relations. Chamblin, 39, was working as marketing director of Hollywood Park when he was tapped to move to Lexington to take over the NTRA position two years ago.<br>The man he replaced at the NTRA marketing post, Rick Baedeker, eventually assumed the presidency of Hollywood Park after it was bought by Churchill Downs.
