Eddie Delahoussaye, widely regarded as one of the greatest riders of all time, will be so recognized on opening day of Santa Anita's autumn meet on September 28, as the Great Race Place will card the inaugural Grade 3 "Eddie D. Stakes" for three-year-olds and up at about 6 1/2 furlongs down the Camino Real Turf Course.
