Samitar surprises in Irish 1000 Guineas, eyes America

One day after Power rebounded in the Group 1 Irish Two Thousand Guineas, another smart two-year-old of 2011, Samitar, regained her top form in Sunday's Group 1 Irish One Thousand Guineas for fillies. Unlike that Aidan O'Brien colt, however, Samitar's success came as a bigger surprise.
