Speightstown Colt Brings $235,000 at F-T

Hip 81, by Speightstown, sold for $235,000 dollars.

Agent Steven W. Young went to $235,000 to acquire a Speightstown   colt to top the early portion of the October 21 session of the Fasig-Tipton Kentucky fall yearling sale.

The colt, bred in Kentucky by Blue Heaven Farm and consigned by Taylor Made Sales Agency, was the highlight of the first part of the opening day session in Lexington.

Produced from the unraced Deputy Minister mare Say It With Feelin, the colt's second dam is grade I winner Hookedonthefeelin, the dam of grade I winners Pussycat Doll and Jimmy Creed  .

Young did not name the buyer of the colt.
