Following a review by the American Graded Stakes Committee, the Robert G. Dick Memorial Stakes loses its grade III status this season after being moved from the scheduled turf to the main track dirt July 13 at Delaware Park.

In accord with AGSC policy, the Robert G. Dick Memorial S., was automatically downgraded to listed status and pending review, which was completed July 19. The AGSC determined that the grade will not be reinstated.

Spendthrift Farm's Treasured Up won the 1 1/4-mile race on a wet/fast main track. Half of the original field of 10 fillies and mares was scratched.
