Multiple stakes winner Cheryl P. injured an ankle while training at Oaklawn Park and has been retired. Bred by John Franks and raced by Rosendo Parra, the 4-year-old filly (Cyrano--Married, by Foolish Pleasure) won three stakes last year: the Dixie Belle and Martha Washington Stakes at Oaklawn and the Sam Houston Oaks. She was retired with five wins from 13 starts and earnings of $167,200. She is booked to Central Kentucky stallion Service Stripe.
