Jockey Gary Stevens was off his two mounts June 2 after being unseated in a turf race a day earlier at Betfair Hollywood Park.
The 50-year-old Hall of Fame rider is scheduled to ride Preakness Stakes (gr. I) winner Oxbow in the Belmont Stakes (gr. I) June 8.
He was sore after taking a fall during the seventh race June 1. Two Blue Hens, the 9-5 favorite, ducked out on the first turn and dropped Stevens as they raced at the back of the pack in the one mile turf race for maiden fillies and mares.
Stevens walked to the ambulance after scurrying under the rail, and was examined in the track's first-aid facility before heading back to the jockeys' quarters.
He tweeted during the evening, "I’m A Ok. Thank God. Just talked to Coach Lukas. I reminded him I fell 6 days before Winning Colors Derby in 88. Good result."
