Star Worship Commands $150,000 at F-T Sale

Star Worship and Stephanie Got Even brought $150,000 and $110,000, respectively, during the afternoon of Feb. 6 at the Fasig-Tipton Kentucky winter mixed sale in Lexington.

Red Diamond Bloodstock purchased Star Worship, who is in foal to War Front  ,  from Polo Green Stable, agent for the Polo Green Stable Partnership. The 7-year-old winning daughter of Orientate   finished third in the 2008 Darley Ocala Breeders’ Sales Co. Championship Stakes (filly division). She is out of the stakes-placed winner Dream Wish (by Kingmambo).

Jack G. Jones Jr., agent, bought Stephanie Got Even, who was offered as a broodmare prospect, from Lane’s End, agent. The 5-year-old daughter of Stephen Got Even   captured the 2011 American Beauty Stakes at Oaklawn Park. Out of the Trempolino mare Chateaumist, Stephanie Got Even is a half sister to grade III winner Fantastic Fellow (by Lear Fan).
