OBS Concludes June Sale Under Tack Show

A filly by Proud Accolade consigned by Lynne Boutte, agent, drilled an eighth of a mile in :9 4/5 June 19 to post the fastest work at the distance at the second and final session of the under tack show for the Ocala Breeders’ Sales Co. June sale of 2-year-olds in training and horses of racing age.

The bay filly, out of Lake Victoria, by Meadowlake, is a half sister to stakes winner Too Experience.

A pair of youngsters worked an eighth of a mile in :10:

Johnny’s Café, consigned by Hoppel’s Horse and Cattle Co., agent. The dark bay or brown colt by Speightstown   out of Lenape Legend, by Dixie Union, is a half sister to graded-stakes winner Regal Sanction.

Quality Harbor, a gray or roan colt by Rockport Harbor consigned by Best A Luck Farm LLC, agent, is out of Slew’s Quality, by Elusive Quality, and half sister to graded-stakes winner Slew the Red.

A colt by Stormello consigned by Blue River Bloodstock, agent, worked the session’s fastest quarter,-mile, stopping the timer in :20 4/5. The dark bay or brown colt is out of Puff the Magic, by Red Ransom, a daughter of stakes winner Miss Power Puff.

If I Were a Boy, a Safely's Mark filly consigned by Gayle Woods, agent, turned in the day’s fastest three-eighths of a mile with a :33 2/5 clocking. The bay filly is out of Naturally Clever, by Clever Trick, a daughter of stakes winner Natural Grace.

The June sale is scheduled for June 21-22 beginning each day at 10:30 a.m. EDT.
