Dual grade I winner and 2007 Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I) contender Scat Daddy   sired his first winner when his daughter Little Miss Muffet won her career debut, a five-furlong contest at Churchill Downs May 27 (VIDEO).

Trained by Tom Amoss for McLoughlin Stables, the filly was bred in Kentucky by Thomas Conway. She is the seventh winner out of the Kris S. mare Jenna S., whose fourth foal is stakes-placed runner Emma Darling (by Hennessy). Jenna S. is a half or full sister to two stakes winners.

Scat Daddy, who is out of the grade I-winning Mr. Prospector mare Love Style, was a graded stakes winner at 2 and 3. He won the Champagne (gr. I) and Sanford (gr. II) as a juvenile and took the 2007 Florida Derby (gr. I) and Fountain of Youth (gr. II) at 3 en route to the Kentucky Derby, where he finished unplaced.

Bred in Kentucky by Axel Wend, Scat Daddy was trained by Todd Pletcher for James T. Scatuorchio, Michael Tabor, and Derrick Smith. He was retired from racing because of a slight tendon injury suffered in the Derby and exited his career with five wins from nine races and earnings of $1,334,300.

Scat Daddy stands for $10,000 at Ashford Stud near Versailles, Ky.
