Florida pinhooker Niall Brennan said he owned the mare with a partner who is more interested in racing than breeding. Recent losses in the stock market also contributed to his partner's decision to sell, according to Brennan. Last year, Tactical Move captured the Florida Breeders' Distaff Stakes during the annual day of racing at OBS, and she also finished third in the Coconut Grove Stakes at Gulfstream Park. Tactical Move was produced from the Silver Buck mare Silver Nova, who is a half-sister to stakes winner and stakes producer Proud Nova (by Proud Birdie).Business continued to decline at the auction.
