Undefeated All About Allie breaks from post 9 in the Delta Downs Princess.

Nine juvenile fillies make their graded-stakes debuts in the $500,000 Delta Downs Princess (gr. III) Nov. 20, with undefeated All About Allie starting on the far outside.

There's any number of ways to go in the one-mile heat, which supports the $1 million Delta Downs Jackpot (gr. III) and is the sixth event (3:40 p.m. CST) of an 11-race program worth a track-record $2.4 million. So why not All About Allie, who has won her first three starts at three different tracks by a combined total of more than 14 lengths?

Bred in Arkansas by Roy Gene Sanders and owned by the Sanders Brothers, the daughter of Storm and a Half is coming off a four-length triumph in the 6 1/2-furlong E.L Gaylord Memorial Stakes at Remington Park Oct. 10. All About Allie will be making her first start around two turns in the Princess after wins at six furlongs in a maiden bow at Prairie Meadows Racetrack & Casino and in the Lady Razorback Futurity at Harrah's Louisiana Downs prior to the Gaylord.

Shane Laviolette, who has ridden the bay filly in all her starts, has the call for trainer David Whited.

Hoosier Park Racing & Casino shipper Perfectly Candid is the other undefeated filly in the race with four victories. Those include a pair of stakes wins at Hoosier Park over fellow Indiana-breds in the City of Anderson and Miss Indiana. Mast Thoroughbreds owns the daughter of Pleasantly Perfect   and bred her in partnership with trainer Robert Gorham.

Patrick Valenzuela takes the reins for the first time aboard Perfectly Candid, who defeated open allowance company at six furlongs in her most recent start Oct. 16.

In from Belmont Park is Blue Devil Racing Stable's Promise Me a Cat, who comes off a five-length romp as an odds-on choice in the six-furlong Sweet Patootie Stakes at Belmont Park Oct. 31. Carlos Martin trains the Florida-bred daughter of D'wildcat  , an 8 1/4-length maiden winner in her prior start at Belmont.

Promise Me a Cat worked three furlongs at Delta Downs in a quick :36 2/5 Nov. 17 and will have Javier Castellano aboard once again.

Another top contender is Fiscal Policy, trained by Tom Amoss for Seth Klarman's Klaravich Stables and William Lawrence. A $140,000 purchase at the Ocala Breeders' sale in April, the Florida-bred daughter of Wildcat Heir   has not been out since trouncing the field in the Coca-Cola Bassinet Stakes by 6 1/4 lengths at River Downs Sept. 4.

She dominated a maiden field on a sloppy track at Hoosier Park before that. Gerard Melancon has the call on Fiscal Policy for the first time.

The only one in the field with a win on the tight six-furlong Delta Downs surface is Grandacious, a Kentucky-bred daughter of Grand Slam owned by Carl R. Moore Management and trained by Bret Calhoun. Grandacious beat a Delta Downs allowance field going seven furlongs in front-running fashion Oct. 29, tallying by 1 1/4 lengths. The speedy miss broke her maiden at Remington by 2 1/2 lengths a month earlier, also on the front end. Jesse Campbell is aboard.

Brian C. Schartz's Patty's Pride will be dangerous if she can transfer her turf form, where she has twice been stakes-placed at the one-mile distance, to dirt. Formerly in the Calhoun stable, the Texas-bred daughter of Special Rate is now trained by Bobby Jenkins. She was runner-up in the La Senorita Stakes on the Retama Park lawn in her most recent start Oct. 23.

Niji's Grand Girl, trained by Ken McPeek, broke her maiden Oct. 31 going one mile at Churchill Downs. Bouquet Booth also graduated in fine style on Keeneland's Polytrack at seven furlongs for Steve Margolis in her last outing. Little Widow Maker, a three-time winner this season at Assiniboia Downs, completes the field.
