Nordic Truce, undefeated in three career starts, has been installed the 3-5 morning-line choice in the June 4 Hill Prince Stakes (gr. IIIT) at Belmont Park.

Topweighted at 121 pounds, Nordic Truce will be ridden by Ramon Dominguez for trainer Christophe Clement in the Hill Prince, at a mile on turf. There were six 3-year-olds entered for the Hill Prince, with two others listed for main track only in the event the race is moved off the turf course.

Nordic Truce, a son of Yes It's True   who races for his breeder, Ammerland Stud, broke his maiden in impressive fashion at Calder Race Course in his career debut and followed with victories in the Dania Beach Stakes at Gulfstream Park and the Transylvania Stakes (gr. IIIT) at Keeneland.

"He can do whatever he wants," Clement said of the possible pace scenario that Nordic Truce would face in the Hill Prince.

Among those facing Nordic Prince are recent allowance winners Gold Medallion and Lethal Combination, as well as maiden Avenging Spirit.
