Also at Churchill, Chilukki breezed four furlongs in :48 4/5, and Unshaded went five furlongs in 1:04 1/5 while breezing...First-crop sire Mighty Magee was represented by his first winner as a sire Thursday when Lady's Hero won Belmont Park's second race, a 5 1/2-furlong maiden special weight event for New York breds. Lady's Hero is out of the Judge Smells mare One Real Lady and was bred by Walter De Forest. He was ridden by Jorge Chavez and is trained by John Candlin for owners Michael Moriarty and De Forest. The 2-year-old colt completed the distance in 1:06.64 and won by three parts of a length. Mighty Magee (Cormorant--Final Vows, by Halo) won five of 21 races and retired as a 4-year-old with career earnings of $269,384. He won the 1996 Aqueduct Handicap (gr. III) and finished second in both the 1994 Nashua Stakes (gr. III) and 1995 Queen's County Handicap (gr. III). He was bred in Kentucky by Dreabon Copeland. Lady's Hero is Mighty Magee's first runner to reach the track. The gelding owned, bred, and trained by Cho Myung Kwon, was seeking his first win in his 26th career start in maiden special weight company when he clipped heels with Indy Film and fell. Indy Film walked off the track. Despite his inability to win, Nationalore had finished second seven times and third seven times during his career. As a 2-year-old, he was second in two $100,000 stakes restricted to California-breds and finished third in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile (gr. I) victory of eventual Horse of the Year Favorite Trick and third to Real Quiet and Artax in the Hollywood Futurity (gr. I). Although still a maiden, Nationalore contested the 1998 Kentucky Derby (gr.
