California invader Supah Blitz highlights a field of six entered for Saturday's Texas Mile (gr. III) at Lone Star Park. The 5-year-old is looking to improve off his second-place finish in the 2004 edition of the race.

A son of Mecke, Supah Blitz is trained by Doug O'Neill for the partnership of brothers Tom and Jerry Kagle, Black Saddle Stable, and Mark Leib.

The grade II winning millionaire ships to Grand Prairie fresh off a three-length win in the April 2 Tokyo City Handicap (gr. III) at Santa Anita Park. Before the Tokyo City, Supah Blitz recorded two sub par performances, finishing fifth in the Jan. 29 Ocala Breeders' Sales Classic Stakes on the Sunshine Millions card and was 11th in the March 5 Santa Anita Handicap (gr. I). Both races were at Santa Anita.

Giving Supah Blitz all he can handle will be Yessirgeneralsir and Snorter, who finished third and fourth, respectively, in the 2004 Texas Mile behind grade I winner Kela.

Yessirgeneralsir is coming off a second-place finish, beaten just a neck by Rare Cure, in the April 14 Premiere Stakes over the Lone Star surface for trainer Dallas Keen. The Premiere Stakes was Yessirgeneralsir's first start in seven months after undergoing surgery to remove a chip from his left knee.

Texan Jim Jackson owns and bred the son of Patton.

The Cole Norman-trained Snorter comes to Lone Star after winning a March 26 optional allowance claiming contest at Oaklawn Park in his first start of the season.

A son of Awesome Again   Snorter is owned by Gary and Mary West.

The field for Saturday's $300,000 Texas Mile Stakes (gr. III) at Lone Star Park includes:
1--Yesirgeneralsir (Omar Figueroa, 118)
2--Toratora (Glen Murphy, 116)

4-- Snorter (Jamie Theriot, 118)
