Breeders' Cup Limited and the Thoroughbred Club of America will honor the breeders of the 2000 Breeders' Cup race winners at its annual dinner on Saturday, January 6, 2001, at Keeneland Race Course in Lexington, Kentucky. Cocktails begin at seven o'clock, with dinner at eight o'clock in Keeneland's second-floor clubhouse dining room. Each winning breeder will receive a 2000 Breeders' Cup trophy. Tim Smith, Commissioner and CEO of the National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA), will deliver the keynote address. Co-masters of ceremonies will be Mike Battaglia, Turfway Park track announcer and NBC analyst; and John Asher, Vice President, Racing Communications, for Churchill Downs.
