Grade II Winner Ivanavinalot Retired; Going to Mineshaft

Grade II winner Ivanavinalot has been retired from racing and will be bred to Horse of the Year Mineshaft   at William S. Farish's Lane's End Farm near Versailles, Ky. A homebred for Gilbert G. Campbell, Ivanavinalot scored her big win in the 2003 Bonnie Miss Stakes (gr. II) at Gulfstream Park last March. She hadn't won since, but managed to place in the My Charmer Handicap (gr. IIIT) at Calder Race Course.

Ivanavinalot (West Acre--Beaty Sark, by Deputy Minister) was Florida's 2002 champion 2-year-old filly after winning the My Dear Girl and Susan's Girl Stakes in the Florida Stallion Series and the Brave Raj Stakes. She started her 3-year-old season with placings in the John Deere Oaks and Davona Dale Stakes (gr. II).

Trained by Kathleen O'Connell, 4-year-old Ivanavinalot retired with six wins from 18 starts and earnings of $647,300. She is a half-sister to stakes winners Shananie's Beat and Slick Lady.
