Joe and Helen Barbazon's Pleasant Acres will inaugurate its new stallion facility in Morriston, Fla., with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and gala from 6-10 p.m. (ET) Jan. 16.
Included in the event will be dinner, cash bar, live music, and drawings for seasons to the farm's eight stallions.
The latest addition to the farm's stallion roster is Amira's Prince, a multiple grade II-winning, grade I-placed son of Teofilo (Ire), an emerging sire in Ireland. Amira's Prince will stand for $5,000.
