Qatar Bloodstock Releases 2016 Fees

Stud fees announced for stallions in England and France.

Multiple group-winning sprinter Hot Streak will begin stud duty in 2016 at David Redvers' Tweenhills Stud in Gloucestershire, England.

The son of Iffraaj—Ashirah, by Housebuster, will stand for Qatar Bloodstock at £7,000 fee alongside Harbour Watch and Havana Gold.

The fee for Harbour Watch, whose first offspring proved highly popular during recent European yearling sales, remains £7,500. His first sales yearlings averaged £37,000 for 64 sold (to October 14, 2015 inclusive), five times his stud fee.

Havana Gold, whose initial crop of foals will be represented at forthcoming sales, will stand for £8,500, which is unchanged from his 2015 fee.

In 2016, Qatar Bloodstock stallions standing at the Aga Khan's Haras du Bonneval in France are Makfi, at a fee of €20,000, and Charm Spirit, for €27,500.

At Overbury Stud in Gloucestershire, Dunaden's fee remains £3,000 for his second season at stud.

Hot Streak, Harbour Watch, and Havana Gold will be paraded from Longholes Stud in Newmarket during the December sales, from Friday, Nov. 27 to Wednesday, Dec. 3 and breeders are invited to view them there. A shuttle bus will run from the Tweenhills' Teepee at Tattersalls to Longholes.
