Breeders' Cup Bound Horses Work at Santa Anita

Despite overnight rains, four Breeders' Cup aspirants worked at Santa Anita Saturday morning before being shipped to Louisville on flights Monday or Tuesday.

Trainer Julio Canani worked a pair: Ladies Din, four furlongs breezing in :49 2/5 on a main track listed "good," for the Mile; and Tranquility Lake, seven furlongs in 1:31 breezing on a turf course listed "good," dogs up, for the Filly & Mare Turf.

Also on the main track, Elaborate worked five furlongs in 1:00 2/5 for the Sprint for trainer Paco Gonzalez, and Walkslikeaduck worked six furlongs in 1:14 for the Mile for trainer Paddy Gallagher.
