Subtle Power will be sent to England after clearing quarantine.
The Thoroughbred Corporation's Subtle Power will return to the barn of Henry Cecil, his former trainer, to race in Europe next year, according to the Racing Post. In two American races for trainer Bill Mott the 3-year-old son of Sadler's Wells finished off the board in both the Turf Classic Invitational Stakes (gr. IT) and Breeders' Cup Turf (gr. IT)."I'm delighted he's coming back to us," Cecil told the Racing Post. "I think he has the potential to be a Group 1 horse, and racing in Europe is much more suitable for him."Subtle Power won two of his four races in England, including the King Edward VII Stakes (Eng-II). He also finished second in a minor stakes and fifth in the Great Voltigeur Stakes (Eng-II). Unraced as a 2-year-old, Subtle Power has won two of six career starts and earned $143,770.
