"I had planned to run her in the La Prevoyante last year after she ran well in the My Charmer, but she suffered a condylar fracture," said Skiffington. "Fortunately, Dr. (Steve) Selway was able to put her back together and we got her back. She'd never tried a mile-and-a-half, but you have to try them to find out. I knew from last year that she'd like the course. The race set up well for her with the contenders up front and her able to sit back off of (the pace). We'll look at The Very One and Orchid at Gulfstream and then the Black Helen at Hialeah. After that she is booked to breed to Theatrical." Innuendo returned $5 and $3.80 and completed the $103.20 exacta. Orange Sunset was worth $4 to show. The race was the first leg of an all-stakes pick four wager on Calder's Grand Slam II program.
