Fee Doubles for Cee's Tizzy

Cee's Tizzy, sire of Horse of the Year finalist Tiznow, will undergo a stud fee change in which a 2001 season will cost $15,000. The fee is double what he was scheduled to stand for and is due primarily to Tiznow's accomplishments and those of the latter's full brother, Budroyale. Cee's Tizzy stands at John C. Harris' Harris Farms near Coalinga, Calif.

Tiznow, who also is a finalist for champion 3-year-old male, won the Breeders' Cup Classic (gr. I) and has earnings of $3,404,350. Budroyale, a multiple grade II winner who ran second in the 1999 Classic, has earned $2,873,810.

Fourteen-year-old Cee's Tizzy (Relaunch--Tizly, by Lyphard) led all California stallions by 2000 progeny earnings, with $5,597,979, and ranked sixth nationally. He covered 100 mares last breeding season.
