Chris McCarron, who was the regular rider of Millennium Wind earlier this year, is back on the Triple Crown trail after being named to ride Balto Star in the Belmont Stakes. The son of Glitterman captured the Spiral Stakes and Arkansas Derby before finishing 14th in the Kentucky Derby. Trainer Todd Pletcher also will saddle Kentucky Derby runner-up Invisible Ink, who is scheduled to work at Belmont Sunday, along with Balto Star.I Love Silver, second to Point Given in the San Felipe and third in the Santa Anita Derby, will have Richard Migliore aboard for Saturday's Peter Pan Stakes. A decision regarding the Belmont Stakes will not be made until after the race.
