Hallowed Dreams, who began her career with sixteen consecutive wins, extended her current winning streak to seven Saturday at Lone Star Park, winning the $75,000 Miller Lite Stakes by 2 1/2 lengths.Hallowed Dreams led at every call Saturday, sprinting fractions of :22.12 and :44.21 after dueling with Teenytinytina through the opening quarter-mile. Under regular rider Sylvester Carmouche, Hallowed Dreams stopped the timer after running five furlongs in :56.03 on firm turf."She has so much speed, whenever I need it, I just use it," Carmouche said.The 2-5 favorite, Hallowed Dreams returned $2.80 for the win and earned $45,000 for owners Johnny Gaspard and Lloyd J. Romero."She doesn't have to prove anything to me," Gaspard said. "But there are still people that think she's a mediocre filly. I happen to know better."The win was the second consecutive at Lone Star for Hallowed Dreams and her 23rd career wins from 24 starts.
