Millionaire Lazy Slusan, who is consigned by Three Chimneys Farm to the Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale, will likely not race again.Owner-trainer John Dolan said he will likely not enter Lazy Slusan in the Breeders' Cup Distaff, which would cost $40,000 in entry and pre-entry fees, as well as an estimated $10,000 in other related costs. "I'm debating whether to put the money up," Dolan said. "It's a little scary. I don't know what to do. For me that's a lot of money to gamble. I am on the conservative side."In her last start, Lazy Slusan finished ninth of 10 in the Spinster Stakes (gr. I) at Keeneland, a key Distaff prep. "She threw in a clunker," Dolan said. Since being claimed by Dolan for $62,500 at Del Mar in July 2000, Lazy Slusan has won seven stakes. Overall, she's won 12 of 47 starts and $1,150,410 and earlier this year accounted for the Santa Margarita and Milady handicaps, both grade I stakes. The mare has been at Three Chimneys Farm and out of training since the Spinster."I'm happy," Dolan said. "It's been a fun ride."
