Tiznow Repeats as California Champion

Tiznow, who was California's Horse of the Year and champion 3-year-old male of 2000, was voted the top older male of 2001 by the California Thoroughbred Breeders Association. He also is the leading candidate to pick up another Cal-bred Horse of the Year title.

The 2001 California-bred champions will be honored Feb. 9 at Golden Gate Fields Turf Club. The Horse of the Year winner also will be announced.
