The gray or roan colt, consigned by Southern Chase Farm, (Greg and Karen Dodd), Agent is out of Operate Quick (by Dr. Schwartzman).
Two youngsters shared honors for the fastest quarter, getting the distance in :21 2/5. One was a bay colt by Appealing Skier out of Marque of Vogue (by Marquetry), consigned by Halcyon Hammock Farm, agent. The other was Copper Ripple, a bay colt by Copper Man out of Penny Hooch (by Hooched), consigned by M & H Training and Sales, agent.
