and Maryland Jockey Club Sign Marketing Pact notched its second leg of the Triple Crown Tuesday when it signed a two-year marketing and content agreement with the Maryland Jockey Club.

On Monday, the California online racing and wagering company announced it would be the official online wagering platform for the Kentucky Derby (gr. I) and signed a one-year marketing agreement with Churchill Downs Inc.

In Maryland, the agreement provides for on-track promotion of at Pimlico Race Course and Laurel Park. The Pimlico spring meet began April 3 and the highlight the meet, the Preakness Stakes (gr. I), will be held May 18.

Marshall has said he is interested in working with all partner racetracks on initiatives that will draw more fans to racing and increase his company's exposure.
