French Envoy to Stonehedge in Florida

French Envoy, who is closely related to Japanese stallion French Deputy, will begin his stallion career in 2003 at Gilbert Campbell's Stonehedge Farm South near Williston, Fla. The 6-year-old son of Deputy Minister earned $112,234 while winning two races and placing in nine others from 17 starts as a homebred for Irving and Marjorie Cowan.

French Envoy's dam, Princess Mitterand (by Seattle Slew), was a stakes winner and twice grade I stakes-placed. Her dam is grade I winner Mitterand, dam of French Deputy (by Deputy Minister). French Envoy will stand for $2,500 live foal.
