Stakes winners Texas Glitter and Unbridled Time will enter stud in 2003 at DunHill Stud near Ocala, Fla., as the property of William Schettine. The latter bought both horses and plans to keep Texas Glitter in training with Todd Pletcher. Texas Glitter, a 6-year-old son of Glitterman out of the Apalachee mare Come on Texas, won the Oct. 12 Calder Turf Sprint Handicap in course-record time of :54.89 for five furlongs in his last start. An eight-time stakes winner and $706,077-earner, Texas Glitter formerly raced for Dennis Swartz, Mary Ryan, and Vinery. His fee will be $4,000 live foal.
