Trainer Feliciano Serving Suspension

(from Pimlico report)
Trainer Ben Feliciano, Jr. began serving a 15-day suspension at Pimlico April 17 handed down after Crossing Point was disqualified from his victory in the Paumonok Handicap at Aqueduct earlier this winter.

A post-race urine test exposed the presence of clenbuterol, a banned substance for race day use in New York.

Feliciano, who saddled six winners in 17 starts in the first 11 days of the current Pimlico meet, will return on May 9. John Poe, Feliciano's assistant, takes over the barn during his absence.
