Coolmore Ups Fasliyev's fee to 75,000 Euros

Coolmore freshman stallion Fasliyev, who is on the verge of becoming the all-time leader by number of 2-year-old winners in a single year, has his fee upped from 20,000 euros (approximately $23,000) to 75,000 euros ($87,000) for 2004. The son of Nureyev is represented by seven stakes winners this year.

Coolmore, located in Ireland, also announced that the fee for Sadler's Wells will remain private. Others high-priced fees (all in euros) are 65,000 for Rock of Gibraltar; 50,000 for Grand Lodge; 45,000 for Danehill Dancer; 40,000 for Galileo; 35,000 for High Chaparral; 30,000 for Montjeu and Peintre Celebre; 25,000 for Hawk Wing; and 20,000 for Night Shift.
