Her second dam, Glide Along (by Great Above), is the dam of multiple graded-stakes winner Friendly Lover, and Hang Glider, who produced stakes winner Red Mountain.Topping the weanling market with a final bid of $19,000 from Reece Bloodstock was a Cryptoclearance colt out of the stakes-placed Olden Times mare Richie. After setting a record gross last year, Fasig-Tipton Kentucky's December mixed sale rebounded in the number of horses bought back but fell drastically in gross, average, and median as the public auction market of 2003 comes to an end.The 147 horses sold during the Dec. 15 auction at Fasig-Tipton Kentucky's Newtown Paddocks in Lexington grossed $605,500 and averaged $4,119. The median was $2,500 and 70 horses failed to find new homes. Last year, 140 head sold for $946,700 and averaged $6,762. The median was $3,500 with 99 horses failing to meet their reserves.Jolie's Dream, a 6-year-old Jolie's Halo mare out of the Notebook mare I'll Be Along, topped the sale with a final bid of $40,000 from David Hager II, agent.
