(from Hollywood Park notes)
Chandtrue, a sizzling winner in his racing debut at Hollywood Park, will make his second start in the $75,000-added Willard Proctor Memorial Stakes for 2-year-olds at five furlongs on Sunday, trainer Bob Hess,Jr., confirmed Wednesday from his stable at Santa Anita.

"He's ready to roll," said Hess. "He worked five furlongs in a minute and four-fifths a couple of days ago. He will come over on Friday afternoon and school on Saturday."

Chandtrue, a Florida-bred son of Yes It's True, scored by a widening 4 1/2 lengths in his first start on April 29, covering 4 ½ furlongs in 50 4/5 while flirting with the track record.

"He's a real nice 2-year-old with a lot of speed, and we're looking for bigger and better things from him," said Hess. Corey Nakatani has the call back.

Other probable starters include Bobby The Bagger (Kerwin John), Questionable World (Alex Solis), Shermanthetank (David Flores) and Arizona invader Cover Now (Mick Ruis).

Bobby The Bagger, who also won his debut at Hollywood Park, blew out three furlongs in 37 3/5 Wednesday for trainer Leonard Duncan, who is also considering entering Rhythm River.

Other possibles include Black Wagner, Gentleman Count, Whatsthenameman and Zero Call.
