Gana Facil was bred in Florida by James and Virginia Binger's Tartan Farms and won six of 19 races. She and Unbridled were bought by Frances A. Genter Stable at the Tartan-Nerud Dispersal at Fasig-Tipton Kentucky in November of 1987. Gana Facil was purchased for $275,000, and Unbridled, who was a weanling at the time, went for $70,000.
In 1995, Magnier bought Gana Facil for $1.35 million at the Keeneland November breeding stock sale from Gainesway Farm, agent for Genter. Gana Facil was in foal to Seeking the Gold.Gana Facil, who was produced from the In Reality mare Charedi, produced seven named foals, five of which were winners, including Unbridled's younger full brother Cahill Road, a grade I winner. A daughter, Orseno, developed into a stakes producer.Unraced Fair to All, who was bred in Virginia by Carolyn Nicewonder, produced 10 named foals, five of which were winners, including stakes-placed Merciful Judge.
