This year's Derby week festivities will include an evening at the Lexington Opera House when Broadway comes to the Bluegrass May 4. Taylor Made presents Luis Bravo's Tony-nominated "Forever Tango," with proceeds to benefit the Race for Education and Operation Read.First staged in 1994, Bravo's two-hour showcase of the dance born in Argentina's bars and brothels has played on Broadway and toured the world. Tickets for the performance, beginning at 7:30 p.m. (all times Eastern), are priced at $75 and $150.
The $75 ticket, for the show only, may be purchased by calling the Lexington Opera House at (859) 233-3535. The $150 ticket is for premier seating and admission to the pre-show cocktail party at Victorian Square from 6 to 7 p.m. Those tickets may be purchased by calling The Race for Education at (859) 252-8648.
