Graded Winner Rey de Cafe to Double Diamond in Florida

Rey de Cafe, a multiple graded stakes winner, will enter stud in 2007 at Donald Dizney's Double Diamond Farms near Ocala, Fla. The 4-year-old son of Kingmambo will stand for a partnership that includes Bridlewood for a fee of $3,000.

Rey de Cafe won the 2005 Crown Royal American Turf (gr. IIIT) and Hill Prince (gr. IIIT) Stakes and the 2004 Bourbon County Stakes on grass. He retired with four wins from 13 races and earnings of $302,638 as a homebred for G. Watts Humphrey Jr.

Rey de Cafe is closely related to millionaire and young sire King Cugat. Rey de Cafe's dam, Commodities (by Private Account), is a half-sister to King Cugat (by Kingmambo). Rey de Cafe's second dam, Tricky Game, is a half-sister to leading sire Seeking the Gold.
