Personal Ensign winner Miss Shop has been scratched from the Keeneland January Horses of All Ages Sale.

Hobeau Farm's homebred grade I winners Miss Shop and Swap Fliparoo have been scratched from the Keeneland January horses of all ages auction in Lexington. Consigned by Padraig Campion of Blandford Stud, they had been scheduled to go through the sale ring as racing or broodmare prospects during Monday's opening session. Both mares have been sold privately, according to Campion, who declined to reveal who now owns them.

"They're what all the discerning buyers want -- young, beautiful, and performers," Campion said. "They're two grade I winners, and Miss Shop is by Deputy Minister and from a Phipps family."

Miss Shop, a 5-year-old earner of $1,126,038, captured the 2007 editions of the Personal Ensign Stakes (gr. I) and Rampart Handicap (gr. II), the 2006 Turnback the Alarm Handicap (gr. III), and three other added-money events. Swap Fliparoo, a 5-year-old daughter of Exchange Rateand an earner of $664,358, won the 2006 Darley Test Stakes (gr. I), the 2007 Sabin Handicap (gr. III), and the 2006 Road Princess Stakes at Aqueduct.
