Exchange Rate, along with Good Reward and Point Given, will shuttle to South America for the 2009 Southern Hemisphere breeding season. All three stand at Robert N. Clay’s Three Chimneys Farm near Midway, Ky.
Exchange Rate, a grade II winner, will stand at La Leyenda near Buenos Aires, Argentina. Exchange Rate (Danzig--Sterling Pound, by Seeking the Gold) has sired 20 stakes winners.
Grade I winner Good Reward (Storm Cat--Heavenly Prize, by Seeking the Gold) will stand at Haras Nacional near Bage, Brazil, His first foals are yearlings.
Point Given (Thunder Gulch--Turko’s Turn, by Turkoman) will stand at Haras Anderson Agropecuaria, also in Brazil. Horse of the Year in 2001, Point Given has sired 13 stakes winners.
All three stallions will be returned to Three Chimneys for the 2010 breeding season.
