Sadler's Wells' son Austin Powers to stand at Godstone in Pennsylvania

Austin Powersand Misbah will stand in 2010 at Judy Barrett’s Godstone Farm near Pine Grove, Pa. James C. Chandley owns both stallions.

Fourteen-year-old Misbah, who has sired several winners, is by Gilded Timeout of the stakes-winning Dixieland Band mare For Dixie. Misbah is a half-brother to two graded stakes winners, including grade I winner Cotton Blossom. Misbah’s fee is $1,500.

Austin Powers, a 14-year-old Irish-bred by Sadler’s Wells, is out of the winning Stradavinsky mare Guess Again and is a half-brother to two Irish group winners, including champion Eva Luna.  Austin Powers’ runners include 2009 stakes-placed Kanasdatsi, plus nine-time winner Anns Vision. Austin Powers’ fee is $1,000.
