Forest Danger to WinRich in Indiana

Son of Forestry recorded 118 and 115 Beyer Speed Figures

Grade I winner Forest Danger has been relocated to Thomas Wente’s WinRich Farm near North Vernon, Ind. His fee is private.

A first-crop stallion in 2009, Forest Danger is represented by the earners of more $310,000. His son Gun Rock scored last summer at Saratoga over subsequent graded stakes winner Rule.

Forest Danger, by Forestry, registered two impressive Beyer Speed Figures at 4. He recorded a 115 Beyer in winning the Carter Handicap (gr. I) at seven furlongs at Aqueduct and a 118 in a track-record effort at 6 1/2 furlongs at Gulfstream Park. As a 3-year-old, he won the Bay Shore Stakes (gr. III) at Aqueduct. For his career, he won five of eight races.

Forest Danger, owned by Aaron and Marie Jones, formerly stood at the Taylor family’s Taylor Made Stallions near Nicholasville, Ky. He is out of the grade II-winning Ice Age mare Starry Ice.
