Florida Derby Coverage on Radio Network

Coverage will include Swale Stakes and Bonnie Miss Stakes.

The Florida Derby (gr. I) and two other graded stakes at Gulfstream Park on March 20 will be aired live by the Horse Racing Radio Network.

The two hour broadcast from 4:30-6:30 p.m. ET will include the featured prep for the Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I) as well as the Swale Stakes and Bonnie Miss Stakes, both grade II.

Mike Penna, Jude Feld and Rolly Hoyt will anchor the HRRN coverage with interviews, analysis, and the live call of each race from track announcer Larry Collmus. The program will be broadcast by HRRN affiliates and will also include free live streaming provided on the HRRN Website.

Also on the HRRN site, the "Race Central" area will include interviews with Florida Derby trainers and jockeys, along with selections from the HRRN broadcast team.

HRRN’s "Equine Forum" show March 20 will also be broadcast live from Gulfstream Park on March 20, airing from 8-10 a.m.
