Kentucky Derby winner Giacomo's first winner tallies by eight lengths

Giacomo, the 2005 Kentucky Derby (gr. I) winner, came through with his first winner when his daughter Blushing Sis won by eight lengths April 3 at Manor Downs. Racing for Markpoint Stable, Blushing Sis won the 4 1/2-furlong race in :52.88.

Jeanne Stasny Blossom Racing Stable is the breeder of Blushing Sis. The Texas-bred filly is the first foal out of the Carson City mare Three City Sisters.
