Good Journey was represented by his first winner from his first North American crop when Farallon won the third race at Golden Gate Fields on Aug. 26.

Produced from the Mr. Greeley mare Agua de Mayo, the 2-year-old filly raced 5 1/2 furlongs in :57.82 to win the maiden claiming event by 8 1/2 lengths for owner-breeder Pacific Ridge Stable and trainer Bud Klokstad.

A 14-year-old son of Nureyev who sired 2008 Australian Derby (Aust-I) winner Grand Journey, Good Journey stands at Magali Farms in Santa Ynez, Calif., where his 2010 fee was $7,500.
