Alysweep to Indiana Stallion Station

Son of End Sweep won or placed in four New York stakes.

Graded stakes winner Alysweep has been moved to Indiana Stallion Station near Anderson, Ind., for the 2011 breeding season.

The 10-year-old son of End Sweep stood part of the 2010 breeding season at the farm before he was relocated to another farm following a fire at Indiana Stallion Station. Alysweep, who is out of the Alysheba mare Chronicler, will stand for $1,000 live foal as the property of Risen Storm Thoroughbreds.

Alysweep broke his maiden by 7 3/4 lengths as a 2-year-old at Aqueduct. At 3, he won the Gotham Stakes (gr. III) and the Fred Cappy Capossela Stakes and finished second in the Peter Pan Stakes (gr. II) and the Withers Stakes (gr. III) Stakes. He retired with seven wins or placings from 11 starts and earnings of $289,930.

As a stallion, Alysweep is represented by several winners.

New for the 2011 breeding season is the Alysweep Incentive Program. This program will reward the breeders of Alysweep foals with an additional $62,500 in bonuses for racing in the state of Indiana, in addition to the breeder’s incentive program offered by the Indiana Horse Racing Commission.
